TaxMind Way provides tailored tax optimization guidance, including consultations, planning sessions, and ongoing support for entrepreneurs. Each service engagement is initiated upon mutual agreement on scope and schedule.

2.2 Info Products

We offer digital materials such as e-guides, tutorials, and templates designed to simplify tax processes for business owners. These products are made available for download immediately upon purchase.

2.3 Physical Goods

TaxMind Way may supply printed manuals, workbooks, or branded materials shipped to your address. Delivery timelines and handling fees apply as indicated at purchase.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed in the description of each offering. Payment is due at the time of order or before the first scheduled session. We accept common methods as indicated on our site.

4. Refund and Transfer Policy

This section explains how you may request a refund or transfer your order, depending on the type of offering:

• Services: You may cancel or request a transfer of a scheduled session up to 48 hours before the appointment. In such cases, you may reschedule at no extra charge. If you cancel within 48 hours or after commencement of the session, no refund will be issued, as resources have already been allocated.
• Info Products: All digital items are delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds are not available once download begins. If you experience technical issues accessing the material, please contact form within 7 days for assistance or replacement access.
• Physical Goods: You may return unopened items within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility, unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

5. No-Refund Services

Certain premium engagements, such as multi-session coaching packages or exclusive workshops, require dedicated resources and advance preparation. These offerings are marked with a “No-Refund” label at purchase. By selecting such an option, you acknowledge that no refund will be available under any circumstance. However, you may request a one-time transfer of session dates within 30 days of the original schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

TaxMind Way makes every effort to ensure accuracy, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our total liability under these terms will not exceed the total fee paid for the service, info product, or item in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute arising under these Terms of Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prague.
